Did we overpay? Italian honeymoon

Our honeymoon cost us around 6,700, we booked through a travel agent and are going to Italy. Florence, Positano & Rome for 8 nights.

There are 3 excursions included & all of our hotels are 4 star & breakfast is included which looks like the norm in Italy across the board.

I priced my dates on Costco and it’s 3,200! I couldn’t help but almost faint! Not quite the same itinerary but close enough, but it doesn’t include excursions. The hotels listed on Costco say 4 stars but don’t look as nice as the ones my travel advisor picked for us.

Still can’t help but think we are overpaying! Are we?
