Early october honeymoon 5k budget

We are getting married at the end of September this year and play on going right into honeymoon until about the 12th of october. Worried about hurricane season in areas around mexico but we really want a relaxing beach vacay preferably all inclusive. Is this possible with a 5-6k budget? Thoughts on safe location weather wise?
