East Coast Early November

wife and I had to cancel our honeymoon 5 years ago due to covid and are finally looking to take a trip this early november. We are looking for a Wednesday to Sunday time frame, leaving out of philadephia, fairly quick flight. We are looking for somewhere warm, relax by the beach or pool, and to have a downtown we can walk around to bars/restaurants/sites. We also want it to "feel" like a honeymoon, since we were never able to take our original trip. I have had spots in florida come up, charleston, and savannah, but open to other options if they make sense flight/timing wise.
