Hi Folks!
My partner and I (US & UK) are eloping in Denmark (Copenhagen) and then hoping to minimoon in Amsterdam for 3-4 days before heading home to our respective countries to finish school and return to work.
We are a long distance couple and only expecting to see eachother every few months for the next few years as we navigate closing the gap, and are seeking any recommendations or suggestions to make our time together extra special. We hope to save up and have a bigger celebration and honeymoon once we are in the same place and finish school, but we can't wait to have this time together now.
We love live music, hot tubs, eating all sorts of food (he loves seafood, I am vegetarian,) oddities (I use Atlas Obscura quite a bit,) I love art, and he loves soccer. We would love to do a mix of things and are open to a variety of price ranges, but I think we would like to keep the cost around 3k or less (excluding flights.)
The time frame is looking like February, which we know will be very cold and with pretty short days.
