Fiji honeymoon advice

Currently planning our honeymoon over the Christmas period (yes we are escaping the chaos).

We are in Aus and plan is a road trip doing some hikes through NSW (Blue mountains + Kosciusko) then flying out to Fiji for 10 nights.

Wanting some recommendations on where we could stay in Fiji? Main plan is to just relax, do lots of snorkelling/water activities and ideally not have to go far to do it. Was thinking of doing a short stint in nadi for the big touristy stuff then going along the Coral coast or to an island resort. Just not sure where to start looking!
