Getting married in a year, don’t know where to go

Fiance and I have a year. She's suggesting places within the US because they're cheaper, but I want to go out of the country because I've never been as an adult. We're leaning toward somewhere in Asia (though not required,) and we like the cold. Is there any place you would suggest for something like that?
