Had to postpone wedding until next year want to take the fiancé on a little trip for a few days in middle of October any good suggestions for around $2000?

I would ideally like to take her on a Saturday the 17th until that Wednesday or Thursday come back. She has to work that Friday it’s a closing quarter for her I’m in Southern California so travel time would be close maybe 5 hours or so.
