Help finding a Caribbean resort

My fiancé and I want to drink on the beach, have a beach front room, and not worry about anything. Our budget is around 3k. No Mexico… he won’t go. But anything else is open game. I would really like an all inclusive with no kids. Any suggestions???? Thanks in advance
