Help finding an all-inclusive resort at the end of may! 5-7 nights

Hello, we are beginning to look where we might want to go for our honeymoon. We were originally going to do Hawaii 2 years ago before our wedding got delayed, but now the Hawaii prices are double what it was going to be, and we decided we don't want to do the 14 hour flight to get there. So we decided an all-inclusive would be right for us. Ideally < $5k, $4k would be great.

Things we are looking for:

• Free drinks and food obviously, a variety of dining options would be nice
• Wanting to relax by the pool/ocean, but also want to be able to do some activities, if the activities are included in the price, that's great. Swim up bar would be nice too
• Safe location, and shuttle to and from the resort
• Adults only location, or at the very least, adults only pools.

We mainly don't know where to even begin looking since there seem to be so many, so want some recommendations. We are going in the end of May. Thanks!
