Help! Ideas near Munich, Germany.

Hi all! My fiancé and I are beer lovers, so for our honeymoon we wanted to spend a couple days (no more than 3!) at Octoberfest in Germany. After that, we’d love to do something relaxing with a gorgeous beach and good food. Would love any ideas and recs!

We’ve given some brief thought to Spain/Portugal, Italy and Greece.
