![]() | I am currently planning a honeymoon trip scheduled from December 28th to January 8th. During this period, our plan is to rent a car and spend one or two nights at various stops along our route. Our itinerary includes the following destinations in the specified order: Istanbul, Ankara, Cappadocia, Konya, Antalya, Pamukkale, Ephesus, and ultimately returning to Istanbul. Our primary objective is to explore the most captivating attractions in each location, with a particular focus on Cappadocia for the breathtaking hot air balloon experience. However, I'm uncertain about the weather conditions during our trip, and any recommendations or adjustments to make this honeymoon the most memorable experience of our lives would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, we've heard concerns about potential discrimination due to our Arabic background (we are Tunisian and live in France, specifically in Paris). While we have high hopes and a deep love for Turkey and its people, we do have some apprehensions about discrimination. We hope for a warm and welcoming reception from the Turkish people, and we would be grateful for any advice or insights on how to ensure a positive and enjoyable travel experience. We have high hopes for this trip, and we genuinely love Turkey ,its people and it's culture, and we hope that our experience will be without any disappointments. submitted by /u/PookyFox |
