Help needed on honeymoon location.

Looking for a good money location early April of next year. We were going to go to Biltmore in Asheville and drink a bunch of wine and beer and have some great food. Go hiking and canoeing and all of that there. With hurricane Helene wrecking Asheville we are not doing that anymore obviously. Where is a place that is beautiful, has great food, is romantic for honeymoon, has a nice downtown, hiking/walking trails, is drivable from Winston Salem NC(we don’t wanna do plane traveling or anything we want to drive no more than like 6 hours)and is just overall relaxing. We wanna stay in a nicer hotel, with a spa or a spa nearby. So 4-5 star hotel. Thank you in advance!
