Help on honeymoon idea, do you have any tips please?

So my partner and I (who are from the UK) will be married beginning of June in Spain and we want to go away for 3/4 weeks somewhere. We love sun, travelling, exploring and having a blend of fun activities and relaxing.

We want the honeymoon to be culturally interesting but also not too intense.

We have come towards two vague options of Colombia and maybe Dominican Republic or doing Sicily (where we got engaged) but doing a different side and then maybe Greece/Albania/turkey.

A part of us feels with this much time off we should just venture out more and do Colombia but another part of us just wants to take a chilled flight to European city knowing there will be good weather.

We’re conflicted between feeling tired of travelling long haul, knowing Colombia would be a lot of other planes and trying to be careful around our environment (I speak Spanish but just the safety aspect), and thinking are we being a bit “boring” doing Europe when we can do it anytime!
