Help with quick honeymoon planning

Hello, my fiancé and I have been given $6,000+ to take a honeymoon on the condition we take it immediately after our wedding in early October this year. Yes, very last-minute but we are going to try and make it work. We desire to go to Europe eyeing the Amalfi coast or some other beautiful water front area that would make for a romantic honeymoon. Looking to stay in a nice hotel with view, with some good food nearby.

My questions are, is there any website or package deals that could help make this planning easier? We have been told check Costco for a travel bundle but not sure. Are there any destinations or other locations in Europe or elsewhere that you would suggest for a last-minute romantic getaway?
