Honeymoon 2022 – need ideas

My fiancé and I are getting married soon, but we won't be able to have the honeymoon until next year – we could take 2-3 weeks any moment of the year.

We had thought about renting a camper van in Canada, but the borders are closed and who knows when they will open again. Another option was a safari in Kenya or Tanzania, but we would like to hear more similar ideas.

We know what we don't want: no European countries, as we come from central Europe and we can tackle those cities/countries in separate weekends from our home. We would probably get bored out of our minds if we go to a resort where all there is to do is lay on the beach and have one or two excursions a week.
