honeymoon 2023

I am planning a honeymoon in 2023. I want to do an all inclusive resort. Somewhere in the Caribbean.

It will just be my fiance and myself going we are mid 20s

So far I've only checked out the sandals resorts. They seem nice but I'm sure with there size that the marketing is on point so I'm worried that I am being conned into overpaying.

This will be our first trip like this. We plan on staying at least 7 nights possibly up to 9. Really just want this to be a great trip for us with lots of things to do.

We are fairly laid back and im sure we will enjoy any resort considering we have nothing to compare it to. We definitely want access to water sports (kayak, paddleboards, etc..) we would like good restaurants, some different activities for the evening and stuff like that.

Budget is not a big deal would like to stay under 6k if possible but really we just want to get the most out of what we pay for. Hopefully I can get some guidance here. Thanks in advance!
