Honeymoon end of July around eastern Pennsylvania?

My fiance and I are getting married end of July 2020 near her parent's house in Pennsylvania and both currently live in the PNW. I'm having trouble getting some leads on honeymoon spots we could drive to after the wedding. I would appreciate any help in learning more about what's over there. I've heard that the Poconos are a fun vacationing spot or the Jersey shore.

If we weren't limited by COVID, we would have gone to an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica or somewhere tropical as a fun getaway. Now we are looking for a hotel or place to stay that has some cool sights and things to do around it and is memorable.
