Honeymoon Help!! Looking for a dream honeymoon

We would love some honeymoon suggestions! A little about us and what we're looking for:

My fiance and I are going to take our honeymoon June/July 2023, departing from Chicago. We are looking for a 10-14 day trip, spending less than $10k, including flights. We are going into this trip with the mindset that this is going to be our last big trip for a while and want to make it something unique and special. We would love to go somewhere a bit off the beaten path. We are looking for nice weather and want a mix of lounging around and exploring/adventuring. We are big foodies and would love to explore the culture of the place (or two) that we go to. We've talked about Spain, Portugal, Ireland/Scotland, parts of Asia, and Australia, so really we are open to varied parts of the world.
