Honeymoon idea help, Fort Myers Florida destroyed

My fiancé and I are getting married and were planning to go to Fort Myers/Sanibel Island for our Honeymoon. That got hit hard by hurricane Ian and all our reservations were cancelled. Does anyone know of somewhere similar in Florida that would be a good alternative? We liked that it wouldn't be super busy and more "lowkey" with pretty warm water and a nice beach.
