Honeymoon ideas in America

My fiancé and I are look for ideas for a cool place to go on our honeymoon in the US. We’ve been looking a lot on Airbnb at cabins and a-frames in mountain/wooded areas close to cities but we’re not too sure what city/town we would enjoy, so please give us suggestions!! We’re looking for low key with good restaurants and shopping, and a spa of some sort would be cool. We both also love theatre (we met in high school theatre). Bonus if you can find me somewhere I can order a bunch of cheese and wine 😉

We are located in Pennsylvania and are willing to explore anywhere on the eastern half of America (preferably no farther west than Nebraska). We’re going from October 11-15 2022.
