Honeymoon in April 2024 (Tenerife)

Hi everyone!

Myself & my fiancée have finally decided we'll look at Tenerife for our Honeymoon. Initially the plan was going to be either Hawaii, Mexico or Greece. Despite being advised Greece would be fine by other people, the hotel we looked at for the honeymoon doesn't open until May, and advised us not to risk Greece in early April – so that's that. We'll go there next year instead.

We also figured that it's best to go somewhere we know, as opposed to somewhere new that we'd like to see, as the idea is we can just relax and not worry about missing out on sights/activities. We had the best holiday in Tenerife (Play De Las Americas – I don't really drink and loved it!) in June so we're very happy with Tenerife being the location.

Has anyone spent a honeymoon in Tenerife? I'd love suggestions on where would be best to go there, and hotels/resorts. We do want a 5 star hotel & it would be ideal to have some things around, but depending on whether it's a resort or hotel that may not be a huge issue.
