Honeymoon locations with deep sea fishing and other adventures

First time poster, long time reader. Looking for locations for a honeymoon where we can get the full experience of all inclusive and have the opportunity to do some deep sea fishing, snorkeling, spear fishing, hiking and adventurous excursions. I’ve looked a little bit into Costa Rica and thought about Cabo and the Caribbean islands. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
