Honeymoon long weekend in January

Hi! We originally planned a 3 week vacation in Portugal/spain but due to my health my doctor won’t let me fly internationally. So I’m searching for a nice mini-moon we can take until we do our honeymoon on our year anniversary.

Must have: Great food (we are big foodies) Romantic things to do Sight seeing that doesn’t require a lot of hiking (health reasons) A really nice day spa Preferably warm but I’m good with cold (not freezing)

Don’t want: Party town Florida/keys/bahamas Cruise
