Honeymoon Planning Help!

Hello all! My fiancé and I are getting married mid August of this year. She just now realized she needs a new passport and we haven’t booked a trip anywhere yet as we aren’t sure of best options…

Is it too late to apply for a passport with only 3 months until our wedding? And since her name will be different once married, how does that work with the time table for applying and receiving a passport?

We would like an all-inclusive resort – primarily something with nice beaches. Any recommendations for reasonably priced resorts within the US?
