Honeymoon questions and recommendations

My wife and I have been thinking of our honeymoon and we decided we are going to do Morocco (3days), Barcelona (4 days), South of France (5 days) and Paris (3 days).

We're fairly confident this is what we want but I have two questions:

1.) What fun things do people like to do in Morocco (Any Safari's?)

2.) What are some top places/ things to do in south of France? (We are going to be renting a car.) Also, what are some other "must sees"?
