Honeymoon Recommendations for Early December

My fiancé and I are looking for honeymoon recommendations for the first week of December. We would like a destination warm enough to swim in a pool. Budget is $5k including airfare. Open to both all-inclusive and not, but prefer all-inclusive! We like a mix of excursions and relaxing by beach/pool. Coming from Chicago. Thanks!
