Honeymoon Recommendations Please

My partner and I are planning a 9-night all-inclusive holiday to Mexico in late February/early March 2026, we're looking at either Cancún or Riviera Maya. We’ll be flying from Manchester, UK, and we’re after:

• A nice beach close by 🏖
• Good quality food with lots of options 🌮🍱🍲
• A chilled out vibe (doesn’t have to be adults-only)
• A decent 4-star resort, nothing ultra-luxury, but we want somewhere clean, comfortable, and good value for money

We’ve seen a few places come up like Essence at The Fives, Barceló Maya, and Occidental Costa Cancún, but it’s tricky to tell which ones are actually worth it for the price, especially for a longer stay.

Our total budget is around £3,500 for the two of us 💰💸

If anyone has any recommendations, advice on places to avoid, or tips on which travel agents or sites are best for getting the most for your money, we’d really appreciate it!
