Honeymoon recs for Oct-Nov?

We're eloping in Maui in September and planning on doing honeymoon after, Oct-Nov. Originally we wanted to do Japan but my fiance has been injured and can't walk long distances so I'm thinking Japan won't be worth it anymore. We're considering maybe an all-inclusive resort now (we haven't stayed at one yet!), just not sure where. I've been seeing Cancun/Playa Mujeres, Punta Cana, etc.
Prior to his injury we loved walking and exploring locally but now we are more of the laid back couple, not too social, super foodies, just love some good chill quality time.
