I (the bride) am starting to look at tropical honeymoon destinations for spring/summer 2026. I have an issue with getting motion sickness on planes and riding in a car, obviously the more curvy and hilly the drive is, the worse I feel. I take OTC motion sickness meds and wear the pressure point wrist bracelets and I still get queasy. I was originally was hoping for Costa Rica but I saw how far from the coast the airports are I posted in the travel Costa Rica subreddit and everyone pretty much had the same bad news, hours long car rides that are very curvy, hilly, bumpy.
Can anyone recommend a tropical resort that isn’t far from an airport? I have been looking at Airbnbs in Bermuda, seems like golf carts and car rentals are an option, I can handle short rides just fine
