Honeymoon to Japan and Dubai

Hi guys

I was thinking of going on a honeymoon to Japan and dubai

Was thinking of going on Emirates

Leaving 24th September, do you think 16 days in Japan is enough and any help would be appreciated, so maybe like

24th September to Tokyo arrived 25th, maybe stay a few nights then go other places in Japan, was thinking of flying from osaka to dubai around 16 days later and 5 days in dubai

But wanted people to maybe recommend or tell me which hotels to stay in Japan, which day trips and cities to go to and if this would be enough?
