Hotels similar to Mezzatorre?

Hi all – I’m wondering if anyone who’s been to Mezzatorre on Ischia has recommendations for other hotels that offer the same standard of service, quality of food and beverage, and chic stylish vibe? Bonus points if it’s also in a location a little less busy than say, amalfi coast for example. We loved that Ischia wasn’t total chaos.

We went to Mezzatorre in August last year and loveeeeed it!! I wanted to go back this May but my friend is getting married there next July so I figured we should try somewhere new for this summer 🙂

ETA: I know the hotel group also owns il pelicano, but I’ve heard mixed reviews on it.
