How Early do I need to secure plane tickets, hotels/airbnb for Naples, Amalfi coast this July?

Hoping for a honeymoon mid to late July 2020 for a few days in Naples then a week or so in Positano or a close by town. How early should I book these things? Looking for nice but not over-the -top luxurious lodging. Thanks! Edit: suggestions also welcome for hotels, Airbnb’s, pizza in Naples, boat trips are they worth it, hikes/walks, etc
