I think we have decided on Belize for our honeymoon for April or May 2024. Suggestions on what to do and where to stay?

We will be traveling from Arizona and likely want most of our time spent on the beach, but at least one trip to the rainforest. I definitely wouldn’t be opposed to spending a night or two in the rainforest if anyone has suggestions! We could do all inclusive or not.. haven’t decided on that. We would love some excursions like snorkeling, maybe swimming with sharks, zip lining, horse back riding.. let me know if you have other ideas! Also food and drink recommendations would be great. I know sargassum can start to be an issue in March, but my understanding is that it gets worse in the summer and we should be ok around April. Any advice in relation to that is greatly appreciated.
