Iceland or Belgium/Netherlands?

Hi there!

I'd like to go on a honeymoon with my wife at the end of September. We live in northern Virginia and want to take a trip that's not going to take forever to get to and from (we only have enough PTO for five work-week days). Currently, we're looking at Iceland and either Belgium or the Netherlands. Which one would you guys say would be the best bet in terms of:

• Proximity
• Cost (we're going to Air BnB and Uber)
• Friendly to American tourists
