Ideas for honeymoon for avid traveller couple (in a 5* IHG group hotel)

My partner and I are long-term avid travellers before we met and we also travell a lot together. We're going to do our honeymoon hopefully Nov-Dec this year.

I'm keen to stay in one of the 5* IHG choicesl. I've accumulated a LOT of points, a lot of upgrades (suite upgrades, free weekend stay), about €50 or so worth of drinks/food with them etc and want to splash it out for this occasion.

IHG group hotels: Six Senses, InterContinental, Regent Hotels & Resorts, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, Vignette Collection

Interested in: Nature, unique activities and things to do, relaxing stuff (not necessarily spa, but somewhere to de-stress)

Not interested in: City breaks, European hotels (we travel a fair bit around Europe and based here), Middle East hotels (we're based in the UAE and already have some travel plans).

May be open to: All inclusive resorts (never tried these)

Duration: Potentially a week (how long does one typically spend on a honeymoon?)
