Ideas for November?

Hi All, we’re getting married in November and are planning for an early November vacation, and for the life of us cannot decide on a spot! We are stuck on either Vienna, Canary Islands, or Lisbon location. We want to go overboard with the romance, (ex hotel with a view, rose petals, wine tastings, and maybe something cool that might be going on in the spot at the time? Which would you prefer? If none, what would you recommend? Fall foliage is always a plus too but not necessary! Thanks 🙂
