Ireland cancelled. Help planning honeymoon?

We paid for a trip to Ireland but that has been postponed until next year because of everything happening right now.

We live in TN and have thought of three ideas for our September honeymoon. Unless of course the whole wedding and any travel get cancelled.

Any tips on things to do in Maine? We would have a car so could drive a bit.
