Is all inclusive worth it? If so, which ones are worth the hype?

My fiancé and I are getting married in Fall 2025, and aiming for a winter honeymoon. As we've started diving in and researching, we've seen tons of ads for all inclusive like Sandals and the like, and were curious which ones, if any, were worth it as opposed to finding a decent hotel and trying to find activities and restaurants ourselves. We've got a budget of around 8000 USD give or take, and while we've mostly been looking at the Caribbean, we're not opposed to somewhere in the Pacific either.
