Is Greece, Italy, or Spain doable under $5k

-Looking in August 2022 -Flying from Chicago -Ideally all inclusive so I’m not thinking about the cost of every little thing, but if not, affordable enough that with food we will be in budget. – wanting to beach, pool, sightsee, spa, and maybe golf or do some other sport. But beach/pool is the main thing
