ISO relatively affordable adults-only resort for honeymoon in the Caribbean. Advice appreciated!

My husband and I are planning a belated honeymoon and would love to travel for 7-10 days somewhere relatively affordable yet romantic in the Caribbean.

Top priorities are adults-only resorts/hotels/beaches, safe surroundings, and all-inclusive alcohol/beverages (not necessarily meals). We don’t necessarily need a 5 star place, but we don’t want to end up somewhere mediocre either. Would be great to be up by the beach. What we have in mind is mostly swimming/snorkeling, drinking fun tropical cocktails, and maybe indulging in a spa day or two. It would be great to have a couple days of room service style breakfasts, but other than that we’d plan to eat out at local restaurants for nice dinners, and remainder of meals don’t have to be super fancy. We wouldn’t mind being on a smaller island because we don’t really want to drive ourselves around in a rental.
