Jamaica honeymoon all inclusive Vs room only

Hello everyone 🙂 my fiance and I have decided we want to go to Jamaica, and we would prefer to stay in either Negril or Ocho Rios (although open to any other places which you may think are fantastic).

My question is; would you recommend all inclusive or room only? My main concern around room only is safety and also proximity to restaurants that we could visit.

Our budget is £2500 (equivalent to about $3200 for accommodation only for about 10 days.

Also in terms of package holidays we can fly from Manchester or London.
