January (ish) Honeymoon Ideas for Active Couple who also like amazing food and beverages

Hello!

My husband and I are stumped on where we should honeymoon this upcoming winter. So far our must-dos include:

• Snorkeling in calm, warm water
• Fly fishing
• Hiking
• Have opportunity to bum on the beach with a drink in our hand
• Eat incredibly fresh sea food and/or meat

We have thought about Belize (seems to check a lot of boxes) but aren't sold on any of the places we've found. We have also thought about Chile or Argentina, but I think I would be sad if I didn't get some time on a tropical beach!

We try and get to a mexico all-inclusive annually (which we love!) but would prefer to do something extra special for our honeymoon.

Our max length is about 2 weeks, and our budget is ideally 10k, not to exceed 15k. We have about 300k points on Chase, FWIW. We would fly out of Denver or Newark.
