January/Late May 2025 Honeymoon

Looking for a great place to to have a honeymoon either early January or late May. Budget would be 5-6k. All inclusive. We have always loved the idea of those over water bungalows. But also don’t want to just be sitting around the whole time 3-5 nights at a destination with plenty of activities like snorkeling, hiking, and maybe some historic sites. Just looking for help with this, also do people typically book everything themselves or is going through a travel agent worth it? And how do you find a good travel agent? Thank you in advance.
