July, beaches, budget friendly, little rain is ok. Suggestions?

Hi,

We planning for our week long honeymoon in july and would like suggestion on beachfront rooms!

Live in the nyc, so I guess Caribbeans air fare would be more affordable than Greece tickets. We are looking for nice/secluded beaches, decent restaurants around (in hotel/resort or walking distances). We are looking at Aruba and Curacao.

Budget: 4-5k including flights, we hardly drink so I guess we don't need a 5 start all inclusive resort.

Any suggestions for destination and resorts?
