June 2022 beach honeymoon ideas

30 year old couple starting to plan our honeymoon for June 22. One week, budget around 3-3.5k, will be flying out from Ohio.

Looking for a beach for sure. Would love an all-inclusive and possibly adults only. We love to eat and we drink a lot, love to try new foods. Ideally we want max relaxation, not super athletic types. We also like wildlife, we would visit local wildlife if that was available.

We haven’t traveled a lot. We went to Aruba a few years ago and it was the best trip ever but we want to try somewhere different. I love the idea of Sandals resorts but I don’t think that’s in our budget. From what I’ve seen, Mexico and Dominican Republic are the most affordable places to go I just don’t know what’s good there or what things are like there. I’m clueless.
