June honeymoon in Spain

Hi all! We are planning a 2 week honeymoon in Spain (with a possible stop in Portugal). Weve never been and need suggestions! We want part city and part resort luxury. We are adventurous and want to see the beautiful landscape, have some water adventures, go horseback riding, and try all or your amazing food. Since it's a honeymoon, I want to slow down and enjoy it…not cram it in with too many cities. How would you break your trip down?
