Late October honeymoon in Japan

I'm planning my honeymoon in Japan and would love to get your valuable advice. We will be in Japan for two weeks, starting right after our wedding on October 19th. We want to visit major cities like Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka, but we're also open to suggestions for other must-see destinations.

Here are a few points where I'd appreciate your help:

1. Recommended Itinerary: How should we best allocate our days between Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and any other cities you recommend? What are the must-see attractions in each city?

2. Weather and Timing: Given that we'll be traveling from late October, is this a good time to visit these cities in terms of weather? We want to avoid heavy rains and very cold temperatures.

3. Beach and Relaxation: We'd like to spend part of our honeymoon relaxing on the beach, ideally at a beautiful resort. We were thinking about Okinawa. How's the weather there in late October? Is it a good time to enjoy the beach and warm temperatures?

4. Okinawa as a Destination: Is Okinawa a destination worth visiting in general? How does the quality of the beaches and the sea compare to other famous beach destinations like the Maldives or Hawaii?

5. Resort Recommendations in Okinawa: Do you have any recommendations for particularly beautiful resorts in Okinawa that are suitable for a honeymoon? We're looking for something special and romantic.

6. General Tips: Any general tips for a honeymoon in Japan? Special experiences, romantic spots, great restaurants, or any cultural tips we should be aware of?
