Looking for all-inclusive resort suggestions in Dominican

Hey everyone. I know there's a ton of threads on recommendations but hoping someone might give us some specific suggestions based on our wants. We're mid 30's and would like generally a more intimate/romantic/modern setting overall but with some good options for some entertainment/night life and dancing if the mood strikes. Adults-only would be preferred.

Would love to stay at a place that has a private pool/outside jacuzzi or at least a swim-up patio with nice/modern rooms. Food does not have to be "fine dining" level by any means, but definitely interested in having some solid options with a good breakfast/dinner buffet and other good themed restaurants.

Hoping to keep budget under $7k CAD total for flights/accommodations. We'll be leaving from Halifax, Nova Scotia.
