Looking for an All-inclusive resort May 2022.

I know it late to be looking, but both my fiancée and I have jobs with weird schedules so we are just now being able to book a honeymoon. We are looking for somewhere warm, preferably with a private pool and all inclusive resort. We are from the US and both unvaccinated which has made looking to places to go quite hard. Does anyone know of any good all inclusive resorts in Puerto Rico? Or any other warm area places we may be able to go? I’m open to all suggestions!
