Looking for beach resort recommendations close to the US

Hi Honeymooners:

My husband and I are looking for beach resort recommendations for our 7-night honeymoon this July. Ideally, we prefer a relaxing atmosphere with the option to book excursions, like sailing. An overwater bungalow would be a dream, but having access to a private pool would also work. We'd like to stay away from Mexico and the DR (we've been several times and would like to experience something new!)

The resort doesn't have to be all-inclusive, but having access to fantastic food on the property is a priority for him.

We're flying out of Philadelphia and the budget is $10K max including flights.
